01 — What we do

Packaging for wineries,
distilleries and breweries.

The market splits into protective shippers and pretty boxes. As a wine gift box manufacturer we build both jobs into one unit: retail presentation outside, transit engineering inside.
F01 / Wine

Rigid wine boxes

Wrapped grey-board construction in single, duo and trio layouts. Magnetic, hinged-lid or drawer closures. Built on the same line as our rigid box program.

F02 / Spirits

Spirits packaging boxes

Whiskey, gin, rum and baijiu presentation sets with EVA cradles. As a whiskey gift box supplier we default to dense foam for heavy square-shouldered bottles.

F03 / Champagne

Custom champagne boxes

Deeper cavities sized for the wider shoulder, cork and cage. Foil crests and satin ribbon pulls for maison-level presentation.

F04 / Beer

Craft beer carriers

Four-pack and six-pack corrugated carriers with die-cut handles, printed flexo or litho-laminated for full-coverage artwork.

F05 / Inserts

Bottle inserts

Molded pulp, EVA foam, corrugated dividers and rigid shoulder inserts, cut to your exact bottle drawing.

F06 / One PO

Labels and shippers

Bottle labels, gift cartons and outer shippers produced under one order, so colors match across every layer.

02 — Formats

Six formats,
one factory.

Every alcohol format we run, from single-bottle rigid boxes to retail carriers. Send bottle dimensions and we return a dieline within days.
ALC · 01

Single-bottle box

One bottle, one cavity. The workhorse for winery direct sales and corporate gifting.

ALC · 02

Duo and trio sets

Two or three bottles in one presentation case. Dividers or foam keep glass off glass.

ALC · 03

Magnetic wine box

Hidden magnets, ribbon pull to lift the bottle. The premium default for retail gifting.

ALC · 04

Drawer box

Slide-out tray with a sleeve. Good for sets that pair a bottle with glasses or a stopper.

ALC · 05

Hinged-lid box

Book-style opening on a cloth or paper hinge. Presents the bottle flat like a display case.

ALC · 06

Corrugated carrier

Die-cut handle, four or six bottles, flat-shipped and folded at the brewery.

05 — Bottle protection

The insert does the
heavy lifting.

A filled 750 ml bottle is a heavy, fragile unit. The protection logic is simple: immobilize the neck and the base, and keep glass off the box walls.
INS · 01

Molded pulp

Recycled fiber formed to the bottle profile. Absorbs shock, reads as eco on the shelf. Our standard for single-bottle boxes.

INS · 02

EVA foam

Dense cut foam cradle. The cleanest presentation when the lid opens, which is why spirits and duo sets specify it.

INS · 03

Corrugated dividers

The lowest-cost system for multi-bottle carriers. Cells stop glass-to-glass contact in transit.

INS · 04

Rigid shoulder inserts

A board collar that locks the neck in place inside hinged and magnetic boxes, so the bottle cannot pivot.

Weight sits low in the bottle and the glass is thinnest at the shoulder, so a loose bottle in a stiff box still breaks. We fit the insert to the bottle first, then build the box around the insert. Full construction detail is on our box printing page.

06 — US compliance

The US rulebook,
before you print.

A wine gift box manufacturer shipping to the US market has to know the label rules well enough to flag risk before plates are made. We do. Your compliance counsel signs off; we print.
REG · 01

COLA before print

Under the FAA Act (27 U.S.C. 205(e)), producers and importers need a Certificate of Label Approval from the TTB before bottling or removing product. Clear your COLA before the packaging is printed. Note the nuance: the COLA covers the container label, not the outer gift carton. We flag this to clients because reprinting cartons after a post-COLA label change is a common, avoidable cost. Wine under 7% ABV falls under FDA rules instead.

REG · 02

GOVERNMENT WARNING

The health warning statement under the Alcoholic Beverage Labeling Act (27 CFR Part 16) is mandatory on all alcohol containers at or above 0.5% ABV sold in the US. Export-only product is exempt. We print it to your approved artwork.

REG · 03

One rulebook per category

US labeling rules are codified separately: 27 CFR Part 4 for wine, Part 5 for distilled spirits, Part 7 for malt beverages. A wine brief and a whiskey brief are not interchangeable, and craft beer follows a third rulebook.

Vetting a factory on this is a fair test. If a supplier has never heard of a COLA, that tells you something. Our checklist for that conversation is in 12 red flags when sourcing packaging from China.

07 — Seasonality

The gifting calendar
sets the deadline.

Q4 is the crunch. Work backward from the shelf date, not forward from the artwork date.
Christmas & Q4Production runs 12–25 days and transit adds 8–32 days, so an October order risks missing Christmas. Book September or earlier. Corporate gifting programs should lock artwork by August.
Chinese New YearFactories across China close for roughly two weeks in late January or February. Orders due before or just after the holiday need that gap built into the schedule.
Asia gifting peaksMid-Autumn Festival and Chinese New Year gifting drive their own demand wave across Asia, on top of the Western Q4 rush.

If your window is tight, request a quote now and reserve the production slot. Artwork can follow.

08 — Cost

What it
costs.

2026 ballpark, ex-works, artwork ready. Foil coverage, board weight, insert type and run size move the number.
1,000 unitsSingle-bottle rigid hinged box with molded pulp insert: $2.00–3.40 per unit.
500 unitsMagnetic duo box with EVA cradles and ribbon pull: $3.20–5.00 per unit.
1,000 unitsSix-pack corrugated carrier with die-cut handle: $0.55–0.95 per unit.

Frequently asked
questions.

Can the boxes ship with bottles inside?

No. We ship packaging empty, and flat where the format allows. You pack at the bottling line. The inserts are engineered so a packed box survives parcel and pallet transit, and we can supply matching outer shippers under the same order.

What insert options do you offer for a 750 ml bottle?

Four systems. Molded pulp: shock-absorbing and recyclable, the standard for single bottles. EVA foam: a dense cradle with the cleanest presentation, common for whiskey and duo sets. Corrugated dividers: the lowest-cost option for multi-bottle carriers. Rigid shoulder inserts: lock the neck in place inside hinged and magnetic boxes.

When do I need to order for Christmas delivery?

Book September or earlier. Production runs 12 to 25 days and transit adds 8 to 32 days depending on destination, so an October order risks missing Christmas. Q4 is our heaviest season and slots fill early.

Do you print the GOVERNMENT WARNING on cartons?

Yes, we print it to your artwork. Under the Alcoholic Beverage Labeling Act (27 CFR Part 16) the statement is mandatory on all alcohol containers at or above 0.5% ABV sold in the US; export-only product is exempt. Placement rules attach to the container label, so confirm final wording and placement with your compliance team before we make plates.
