Our dieline studio models custom constructions in ArtiosCAD, stress-tests the crease and glue pattern, and cuts a plain white-card mock-up within 48 hours so you can hold the format before spending on tooling. Once the structure is signed off we build print-ready artwork — bleeds, traps, colour separations and die fit — and produce a full-finish sample showing the real board, foil, lamination and insert. Only then are plates made.
Because rigid boxes, folding cartons, paper bags, sleeves, labels and inserts all run on one floor, a packaging system stays consistent: carton board, bag stock and label carry the same brand colour and finish batch to batch, with no trading-company handoff in between. Specialty papers, foils, ribbons and fitments are drawn from a vetted supplier network, so a single purchase order covers the whole set.
That means food-safe, low-migration inks for primary food and beverage packaging, REACH-compliant materials, child-safety and drop-test certification where the format demands it, and FSC™ chain-of-custody stock on request. Barcodes and batch-code zones are verified inline on G7-calibrated presses before a run is released.
Finished goods are palletized, labelled and marked to your specification and shipped ex-works, FOB Fuzhou or FOB Shenzhen, or DDP straight to your warehouse. Typical full-stack lead time is 20–35 days from approved final samples, with the design and sampling stages front-loaded so the production window stays predictable.
