We spiral-wind ours from 2–4 plies of food-grade virgin kraft, glued with a food-safe adhesive, and tune the ply count to the drink: two-ply for water and soft drinks, three to four-ply for boba, smoothies and anything left standing. The wall is engineered for four to eight hours of drink resistance with no PLA or PE lining, so the straw is genuinely repulpable and marine-degradable.

The same winding lines also make rigid kraft and art-paper tubes from 20 to 100 mm diameter for cosmetics, candles, spirits and posters, with paper, metal or wooden end caps.
Foil stamping and FSC-certified stock are available, and all inks are water-based and food-safe. Packing runs from bulk 250 / 500 / 1000-count catering boxes to individual paper flow-wrap for hygiene and branded retail cartons.
Food-contact compliance is documented, not assumed: our straws and tubes are made to FDA, EU 10/2011, China GB 4806.8 and FSC™ chain-of-custody, with test reports available on request — which matters as single-use-plastic bans widen across export markets. Production runs through our sister entity Sanlai, giving high-volume capacity from a 10,000-straw or 5,000-tube minimum with a 10–18 day lead time.
Dedicated spiral-winding and cutting lines give catering and beverage-brand capacity in the millions, with in-line printing, tip forming and individual flow-wrapping on the same pass. That makes private-label and OEM work practical: your brand prints edge-to-edge on the outer ply, and packing — bulk catering boxes, individually wrapped, or branded retail cartons — is set to how the product is sold.
