Your roastery keeps its pouch supplier for the barrier layer; we build the board packaging that carries the brand around it, printed and finished in one Fuzhou factory since 1976. Dividers are engineered, not guessed. A coffee or tea set mixes shapes that fight each other in transit: a round tin next to a glass jar next to a ceramic cup next to a stack of drip sachets. We build folded-board, EVA or molded pulp dividers to the measured dimensions of each item, hold them in hinged, drawer or book-style rigid boxes, and drop-test the loaded set before mass production. If a cup can rattle, we find out on our bench, not in your customer's unboxing video.
Multi-market print on one box. The LANPC Laos Reishi Coffee rigid hinged box we produce carries three languages plus gold foil on a single construction, which lets one production run serve several export markets. Where separate language versions make more sense, the die and foil block are shared and only the printing plates change, so version two costs far less than version one.
Board handles the brand, foil handles the moisture. Paper and board are not a moisture barrier, and we will not pretend otherwise. Freshness lives in your inner foil bags and lined tins; our cartons and rigid boxes are sized around them. On the print side, we leave reserved panels for roast date, origin and lot data, run digitally so short single-origin batches stay economical. Run length decides the print method. Digital wins up to roughly 3,000 units. Offset starts amortizing its plates and setup above roughly 8,000. Between those points it depends on colors and finishes, and we quote both ways. Coffee makes this matter more than most categories: origins rotate, roast profiles change, seasonal blends come and go. A 12-month carton inventory bought for a better unit price becomes waste paper when the Ethiopia lot runs out. Short digital runs cost more per unit and less per year.
Certified board is documented, not implied. FSC chain-of-custody covers our paper and board stocks, and the certificate goes out with your quotation on request. If your coffee packaging carries a sourcing story on the front, the board it is printed on should survive the same scrutiny.

If you print roast date or lot codes in-house, tell us before plates are made. We keep those zones free of lamination and heavy ink coverage so your inkjet or stamp holds, and we can pre-print the static panel digitally with the variable field left open. That one prepress decision is the difference between a code that reads and a code that smears.
