About the role

You will grow Leader Printing's export business in Malaysia: finding and winning B2B customers who buy packaging and print at scale — consumer electronics, cosmetics, food, lighting and other industrial brands — and looking after them from first enquiry to repeat orders.

This is a builder's role. You get a 50-year factory, export-grade quality certifications, and a modern lead pipeline behind you — and a market in front of you.

What you'll do

• Prospect and develop new international B2B accounts — brand owners, procurement teams, and trading companies buying folding cartons, corrugated packaging, manuals, labels and paper bags.
• Respond to inbound enquiries and quote requests; qualify, follow up, and close.
• Prepare quotations and specifications together with our Fuzhou factory and engineering team.
• Manage sampling, pre-production approvals, and order follow-through so customers always know where their job stands.
• Represent Leader Printing at trade shows and customer visits in your region.
• Keep the CRM honest: log activity, track opportunities, and report your pipeline weekly.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree and around two years of B2B sales, business development, sourcing, or account management experience.
• Strong written and spoken English plus Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
• Comfortable with numbers — quotes, margins, freight, payment terms.
• Self-driven and organised; you will work with a remote factory team across time zones.
• Willing to travel within your region and to our Fuzhou factory for onboarding and product training.
• Interest in manufacturing, packaging, or print is a real advantage.

What we offer

• Base salary of RM 3,200 – 4,400 per month, plus uncapped sales commission.
