How do I design custom packaging?

How much does custom packaging cost?
Most cartons and mailers run roughly $0.30 to $2 per unit at 1,000 pieces, dropping with volume. Rigid and gift boxes start higher. The Studio gives you a live ballpark as you change size, paper and quantity.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Usually 500 to 1,000 units. Digital printing lets us go lower on simple jobs; offset and rigid construction raise the floor because of plate and tooling setup.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. We make a physical pre-production sample so you can check print, fit and finish before committing to the full run.
